I am an artist living and working in Northumberland taking inspiration from the natural world. I am interested in the details of plants, rocks and stones, shells and found objects seen up close and landscapes in general.

I am fortunate to have open countryside, woodland and the coast on my ‘doorstep’ to explore. The changing seasons are a constant source of new images to explore. Depending on the subject I work in watercolour, gouache, pencil, oil, paint, mixed media and etching.
